As free user You can upload files up to 100MB and download files up to 1000 MB shared by users!

How can I upload files?

It’s very simple. Click “Upload files” button, then click “Choose file”, use file explorer to search, pick the file, and after picking it, click “Upload”. After upload finishes, you will receive your file download and deletion link.

Why do I need to register with OzoFiles.com?

In general, you do not need to register, but registration provides additional benefits. You can download files with unlimited speed. If you lost your removal code you can simply wait until the file expires so it will be automatically removed from our site.

I can’t find the verification email in my inbox. Please help ?

We would advice you to check both inbox as well as spam/junk folder to locate verification mail from OzoFiles.com. Also please make a note that it make delay certain times for the email delivery. So please be patient and check the mailbox after 5-15 minutes.

How do I rename/copy/delete or otherwise edit my files?

Please login to your account. You can edit, rename, move, copy and delete all of your files from the File Manager menu.

Can I search for files other people uploaded?

No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way OzoFiles.com can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.

What kind of files can be uploaded?

All kinds: from your party photos to an important document. The only restrictions are for pornography, nudity, sexual images and any kind offensive material, and, of course, copyrighted material. Please refer to our TOS for more info on OzoFiles.com. Terms Of Service.

Can I store personal files on OzoFiles.com?

Yes, all files you upload to OzoFiles are hiden from others and only you are aware of them, untill you share the file download link with someone else.

How safe are my stored files on OzoFiles.com?

All our users files are completely safe as users get to decide how or where to share their files. The files are not accessible publicly and downloadable only when the uploader share it.

Can I hotlink the stuff I upload?

No. Hotlinking is not allowed on any kind of files uploaded to our servers.

How do I use FTP to upload files ?

You may find the FTP details under your Profile. Use it to connect to our servers via FTP client.

I’m not able to connect through FTP ?

Please allow 1 to 24Hours for the FTP to set up for your account after signing up. If the issue persist, contact support team including your username/password.

I’ve downloaded the files but unable to open it. It gives me error.

We do not have control over these errors. We suggest you to contact the person who provided you the link.

Why was my IP Banned?

We have bruteforce protection enabled for every account. So, if someone fails the login procedure 3 times consecutively, their IP will be temporarily banned for 1-2 hours. To prevent this from happening, please use the feature “forgot password” after 2 failed login attempts.

My account has been suspended / banned, Please help?

Please note that ownership of multiple accounts, spamming or other acts of misconduct are not permitted on our website. We reserve the right to temporarily / permanently ban or suspend your account for the above act. If you feel that this has been done in error and you haven’t violated any of our terms then write to our support team with enough evidence to support your statement.

I can’t log into my account, what should i do?

If you can’t enter into your account, use the password reminder function. If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact our support.

Why I don’t earn money though I can see that my files were downloaded?

We count only unique IP addresses within 24 hours. That is if one person with one and the same IP address downloaded 10 of your files, you will get credit for only 1 download from this user. To get credit for 10 downloads into your account, your file need to be downloaded by 10 people/different IPs.

Is it secure to use my credit card to make payments on OzoFiles.com?

The connection is SSL Encrypted and YES, it is 100% safe, anonymous and secure to pay via your credit card.

I have paid through my credit card but my account is not upgraded.?

Please wait for 15min for the changes to be effective but if your account continues to be free, contact support including the last 4 digit of your credit card number with the date of transaction in your message. We usually respond with 24 to 48Hours.

How to cancel recurring subscription?

Your transaction on the website is NOT recurring, therefore, you do not have to worry about automatic rebilling with us.
